Today, in all models of economic growth, a great attention has paid to knowledge and technology, and science and technology advancement is a propeller engine for economic growth. Formation of knowledge-based economy is one of the most important policies of today's societies and main factors of growth in this economy are the technology creation, new knowledge and the application of advanced technology. To do so, the present research applied thorough literature review and qualitative content analysis for the three fields of science development, technology development and economic growth and their relationships by studying 250 books and articles in the related fields, and found 14 cofactors that affect the three fields and their relationships in Iran. Based in cofactors (which grouped into 3 categories of science development, technology development and economic growth), DANP and ISM questionnaires were designed. Then, 13 experts were selected theoretically among 130 experts (residing in Iran or abroad) to fill out the questionnaires. Using experts' suggestions and Excel, MATLAB and Vensim softwares, the cofactors were applied in DANP and ISM approaches to prioritize and find the relationships and weighs of factors and subfactors and design static Model and also system dynamics to design Dynamic Model in Iran. The dynamic behavior and also the credibility of the static model was tested using 4 scenarios of changing in science development, technology development, economic growth and political- economic convergence (as the key factor in the relationship of the three fields of study in Iran) in 1396-1405 period. The results showed that the three fields are interact with eachother in a complex, interwined structure in Iran and political- economic convergence is the key factor in this relationship. In addition, science development, technology development and economic growth are connected mutually in Iran, but science development effect is greater on technology development and also, economic growth effect is the greatest of all on other fields. The results will be useful for policymakers of the three fields in Iran.
